Sterling Meadows

Repurpose the Old Mt. Sterling High School into a 38-unit assisted living facility, units ranging in size from 400 square foot studio-style units to those 900 square feet in size. A main kitchen and dining area, salon-spa, 2,000 square foot auditorium and a 3,500 square foot wellness center. Exterior front and rear patios and courtyards, including a water feature and walking paths. Once again adding life back into a much memorial beloved building within the Mt.Sterling Community
