We coordinated the renovation and new construction with the design team, board members and nursing home staff on daily operations. New main entry and lobby, administrative offices, human resource offices with training rooms, conference and board rooms, multi-purpose area, Alzheimer’s/Dementia unit with 22 private rooms, post-acute care unit with 19 private rooms, two therapy areas with in house and outpatient therapy with private treatment rooms, nursing stations, dining area, and maintenance department with storage area. Renovation along with addition of palliative care unit with 3 private suites, activities offices, chapel, nursing stations, and commons area.
