The Hayden Company provides general construction services and consulting services to owners, developers, and contractors interested in pursuing LEED certification.
LEED Feasibility
The Hayden Company has developed a process for assessing projects in all phases of development to determine feasibility of achieving LEED certification for LEED-NC as well as LEED-EB. We have developed an easy to use report that includes a point-by-point analysis with suggested assignments of responsibilities, quantifiable goals and target dates, and estimated costs to achieve points in most instances, if applicable. Our experience in LEED feasibility creates a value-added service at a reasonable cost with realistic results and recommendations.
LEED Documentation/Team Coordination
The Hayden Company can provide turn-key documentation and submission of numerous points for LEED-NC and LEED-EB projects. We also offer a comprehensive package to assist in project team coordination. We will set goals for individual team members and document results through reporting that provides consistent status updates and highlights focus areas. Our process and subsequent reports are designed to provide realistic expectations for a final outcome in certification.
